The word De Calla comes from a type of flower which symbolises elegance (display), regeneration (ideas) and freshness (food). Tong Heng Confectionary Website
From humble beginnings with a push cart stall for over two decades selling coffee & toast, the business gathered momentum and eventually found home to a shop-house at No.33 Smith Street, Singapore in 1930s. With the opening of the new shop, the founder introduced a wide range of pastries and deserts which gave a new twist to an otherwise boring coffee shop (café).

Mauricio’s Bakery is a unique little Italian bakery in Jakarta, Indonesia. Every piece of bread in Mauricio’s is hand-made from scratch whole-heartedlu by their dedicated bakers. It is evident in every bite. While many conventional bakeries in town would purchase mass produced or factory backed to sell in their shop and others would simply get ready-mixed frozen dough from factories to bake in their shop. Mauricio’s on the other hand is fully equipped with necessary baking tools for in-house made-from-scratch products so you get only the best bread hot off the oven

Wonderfarm is an animal farm visit business. The main reason it is created is to educate the children about animal inside the farm (cow, sheep, pony, hours, chicken, pig, etc); their characteristics, their products, how to get the products and many fun facts about them.
We all know that Singapore is a very modern and developed country, in this country children are drifted away from natural “back to nature” stuff, they are more into modern technology and stuff. Children is more familiar into playstation, nintendo, hand phones, digital camera, etc… rather than knowing this basic information of natural life. Modern technology is a great thing, but sometimes going back to the nature and learn has its own goodness.
